2019 IBEW Local 1393 Hooligan Open
The 2019 IBEW Local 1393 Hooligan Golf Open was July 20, 2019. With 204 golfers, we raised almost 30 thousand for Richard M. Fairbanks Burn Center at Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis.
Thanks to all the volunteers, the ReNew Committee, and all of our sponsors for a great day for a very important cause.

Brother's Keeper:
Business Manager, Robert C. Fox presenting Cody Ladson with the IBEW Life Saving Award at the Local 1393 Executive Board meeting in May 2019. Last November Cody's quick actions saved a downed brother during an incident at Gibson Generating Station.

IBEW Local 1393 Linework
IBEW Local 1393 @ Sullivan high school’s job fair.
The year is 1944, the nation’s economy had recently recovered from the great depression and World War II was in full swing. In Indiana, a Lineman made $1.19 per hour, a loaf of bread cost 10 cents, and a gallon of gas was 15 cents. It was also during this time that IBEW Local 1393 was created and certified for all employees at Public Service Company of Indiana Inc. A lot has changed since then, but our Local is still here, representing over 3,200 members in electrical, gas, water, and tree trimming. On April 21, 2019, Local 1393 will be celebrating its 75th anniversary, stay tuned for more information to follow on the milestone.
